This facility represents a high-standard spa complex, designed with an integrated approach to program content and spatial organization. The project is the result of a detailed comparative analysis of leading spa centers in the region, identifying and adapting the highest quality architectural and functional solutions, which served as a reference matrix for the development of this unique structure. The spa center is conceived as a continuous space for living and relaxation, with 24-hour functionality and the potential for congress use. The complex includes conference halls with a capacity of 100–200 visitors, enabling the hosting of events of various kinds. The central element of the spa zone is the pool structure, consisting of several circular-shaped pools that create a dynamic and natural ambiance. The total water surface is significant, allowing for the simultaneous presence of thousands of guests. Some of the pools are filled with mineral water transported directly from local thermal springs. The architectural composition utilizes the elevation difference between the two access streets, with a height difference of one floor, allowing for natural integration of the building into the terrain.
