The canopy project subtly connects the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, enabling interaction due to their shared nature and communication between students and professors. In cross-section, the canopy takes the shape of an aircraft wing, a model whose principle allows its lightweight structure to withstand concrete. It is constructed from six steel arch elements that support and elevate the steel lattice, which is clad with steel panels. It integrates seamlessly into the space due to its subtle presence, slender form, and elegance, while maintaining its functionality, durability, and efficiency in every aspect of its use.
