The hotel and spa center is designed in a modern and elegant style, with sharp angles and clean lines that define the form of the building, composed of three interconnected blocks: a spa center with pool facilities, a hotel section (including a restaurant, large conference halls, and accommodations), and a hotel wing with additional lodging capacities. All three blocks are constructed using a combination of wood and glass, which brings warmth and transparency to the space. Large windows allow for an abundance of natural light and visual connection with the surroundings. The spa center on the upper floor features a covered terrace with a pool housed in a glass structure, creating the impression of floating above the building. On the same floor, there are also a Turkish bath, steam bath, mud and salt therapy rooms, a cold pool, and other amenities. The lower floor is dedicated to relaxation, with a large outdoor pool with loungers, green areas, and landscaped paths, as well as an indoor pool with multifunctional water zones: circular hot tubs, hydromassage areas with water jets, and spaces for swimming and relaxation. The ambiance combines modern lines and natural materials, with wooden ceiling accents and large cylindrical light fixtures. The complex also offers: spa treatments, saunas, massage rooms, private suites with views of nature, a restaurant and bar with healthy menus and local specialties, a library, shops, a nightclub, a fitness center, and more. The overall design aims to create a space that not only offers comfort but also inspires—through carefully selected materials, open spaces, and integration with nature.
