The house is designed with a minimalist approach, where every element serves a purpose, and every line speaks of refinement and simplicity. On the ground floor, a covered porch, utility room, and staircase area leading to the upper floor are planned. The stairs provide access to a hallway that leads to the living room, positioned on the southwest side and integrated with the kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms extend along the southern side, sharing a common bathroom. A guest bedroom with a private bathroom is located on the eastern side of the house. The façade is clad in warm wooden panels that bring natural texture and visual warmth, while the white walls and dark window frames create an elegant contrast. The large glass surfaces not only allow an abundance of natural light to enter but also blur the boundary between the interior and exterior, inviting nature to become part of everyday life. The roof, with its gentle slope, completes the modern silhouette of the building, while the open-plan interior allows for fluid movement and functional use of space. Spacious glass doors lead to the terrace—a place for relaxation, socializing, and enjoying the tranquility of nature. The integration with the terrain is carefully planned: the greenery surrounding the house not only provides privacy but also creates a sense of peace and connection with the environment. Pathways leading through the garden enrich the composition, allowing easy access to all parts of the outdoor space.
