In response to the investor’s vision, this architectural project merges contemporary residential living with functional commercial utility, crafting a building that resonates with minimalism, sustainability, and elegance. The building’s symmetrical design brings visual balance and elegance. The façade is made with a combination of decorative plaster and vertical wooden panels, which add warmth and texture. Large windows allow for an abundance of natural light and visual connection with the surroundings. The vertical wooden panels also function as brise-soleils, controlling sunlight, reducing interior heat, and increasing privacy. They are a key element in passive solar protection and contribute to the building’s energy efficiency. The roof is flat and multifunctional, featuring a pool for recreation and relaxation, lounge chairs and rest areas, as well as green spaces that improve the microclimate and reduce heat absorption. This roof serves as an active living space, not just a technical element, and is a perfect example of integrating architecture with nature.
