Luxury Residence in Nerezi

The building is an architectural complex whose spatial organization unfolds across four levels, creating a dynamic and functional environment. All levels are connected via an internal staircase core and an elevator, ensuring easy vertical communication and seamless access to every segment of the building. The basement serves as a technical and service area, housing parking spaces and a technical room, providing practicality and organization. The entrance to the basement is strategically positioned at street level, facilitating access and usability. The ground floor represents the heart of the building. The living area is conceptually designed as an open and airy space, where the kitchen, dining room, and relaxation area blend harmoniously. The private section is more secluded and offers a tranquil atmosphere, including a hallway, bedroom, wardrobe, and modern bathroom. Particular attention has been given to integrating the ground floor with the northern terrace, which features an elegant pool that adds a touch of luxury and comfort. The first floor is designated as a private zone, containing three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as an additional apartment-like section that combines a living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom, toilet, and storage. This floor has direct access to a spacious terrace that extends along the eastern, northern, and western sides, offering panoramic views and a natural connection to the outdoor space. The connection between the first floor and the ground floor is complemented by exterior stairs, adding extra dynamism to the architectural concept. The façade design is defined by clean lines and flat surfaces, emphasizing aesthetics inspired by modernism. The protruding horizontal elements of the terraces and the cornice on all sides create a striking silhouette that enhances the architectural expression of the building. The playful façade effect is further enriched by wooden brise-soleils, which serve both functional and aesthetic purposes, providing shade and rhythmic variation to the building’s appearance. The roof is conceived as a flat, non-accessible terrace. The landscaping follows the natural terrain configuration, with green cascades enhancing the space around the entrance. The parking areas and pedestrian paths are made of high-quality materials, ensuring aesthetics and durability. Open spaces are carefully planted with low greenery, adding freshness and natural harmony to the environment. The southern terrace features an integrated wall fountain, creating an atmosphere of serenity and elegance.
