Holandija in Radovish

The foundation of the project lies in a system composed of three modular units, each optimized for different spatial functions. These modules are stackable and flexible, allowing configurations that can adapt to site constraints, user preferences, and environmental needs. The “full” modules house residential units while the “empty” modules intentionally left unoccupied, serve as generous terraces. This modular choreography creates a sculptural rhythm, where density no longer means compression but rather a balanced tension between volume and void. This housing complex is not merely a building, it’s an invitation, а bridge for the people of Radovis to return, reconnect, and regenerate their hometown. The architectural vision reflects continuity with transformation, retaining elements of home and heritage while embracing innovation in form, structure, and lifestyle. Each residential unit is composed with careful distinction between public and private zones. Living rooms and kitchens are carefully separated from bedrooms and study areas. These divisions meet contemporary living standards, emphasizing thermal comfort, acoustic insulation, natural lighting, and adaptability.
